For those times when we are rushed, either on the phone or just trying to get things crossed off your task list, CRM offers the Create command that allows you to quickly add data records for pretty much any data type.

This handy feature is available from any screen, so regardless of what you’re working on, you can quickly add the record at any time. Of course, you can enter more information later when you have it, or when you have more time.

To Quickly Create a Record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM:

1.On the Navigation Bar, click on the + sign.

2. Choose the record type that you would like to enter.

3. Complete the fields and click Save. The last screen you were on before you created the record will be displayed.
